Admission criteria and rules

1. Qualifications -
• For Certificate course in Panchkarma techician. Naturopathy & Yoga 10th Class or equivalent.
• For Certificate course in Ayurvedic Dietices. Cosmetology 10+2th Science with Biology.
• For P.G. Certificate in Panchakarma - B.A.M.S. from C.C.I.M. Recognised college/university.
2. Admission will be on the basis of screening test.
3. Result will be declared with in a week's time.
4. Successful candidate will be required to submit the following documents within 15 days of declaration of result:
1. A photocopy of Passing certificate of qualifying examination
2. 3 passport sized photographs
3. Fee for first semester:
1. For Certificate course in Naturopathy and Yoga -
   Rs. 6000/- (Total course fee- Rs. 12.000/-)
2. For Certificate in Panchakarma Technician, Dietics, Cosmetology, -
   Rs. 12000/- (Total cours Fee Rs. 24.000/-)
3. Fee for P.G. Certificate in Panchakarma
   Rs. 15.000/- (Total course fee Rs. 30.000/-)
4. Affidavit attached in Prospectus
5. Classes will start froin 15th of February and 15th of August every year.
6. Under any circumstances course will bc completed by end of June and December respectively.
7. Tests conducted at thc end of every month will be compulosory and marks will be added in Viva as internal assessment of cach student.
8. A vocational tour would be conducted in a full fledged naturopathy & Panchakarma centre for 3 days each year on chargeable basis.
9. Attendance of the students should bc 75% minimum. If not they will bc penalized by Rs. 100/- per absent. Admit card will be given after depositing the dues.
10. Study material will be provided to the students by the Institution on chargeable basis
11. The Chairman will visit the class at the end of course and before the examination begins to get the feedback from the students regarding quality or study. faculty, study material and suggestions for improvement of institution.
12. Institution will provide Panchakarma/ Naturopathy Hospital training for one month (according the necessity of course) and thereafter assist in self employment.

Admission Procedure

• Prospectus & the Application form can be obtained from Premadhar Research Institute and Ilospital in Ayurveda, Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences by paying the prescribed fee of Rs. 100/- in cash or by demand draft in the favour of 'Premadhar Research Institute & Hospital"
• Completed Application Form should reach us on or before the last date of submission Applicants should write their complete name of the course admission is sought in & address on thc rear of the draft.
• One application form is vaild for appliying to one course only.
• Completed application form should be sent either by courier or in person to the Administrative officer.

Documents required

• Attested photocopy of Certificate of passing essential qualification
• Recent and duly attested passport sized photograph should be pasted on thc application form in the space provided. 3 photographs should be sent apart from the once attached in application form.
• Once the application is submitted it can not be cancelled or withdrawn.
• Pass out students from the recognized universities/ boards/ national open schools are eligible.
• Photocopy of application form will not be accepted.
